Hack Wellbeing was built on a shared recognition:
Most organizations aren’t struggling because they lack wellbeing initiatives—they’re struggling because the systems those initiatives sit within aren’t aligned.
Tomisha Hack and Kenneth Hack founded Hack Wellbeing to address this gap through a systems-based approach focused on leadership strategy, employee experience, and community context.
Together, they bring complementary expertise across public health, workforce wellbeing, leadership strategy, and operational execution.
Hack Wellbeing is proudly a woman-led, Black-led, and veteran-owned consulting initiative grounded in service, resilience, and practical leadership.

Tomisha Hack is the founder of Hack Wellbeing and the developer of the Hack Wellbeing Alignment Model™, a systems-based framework for understanding how workforce wellbeing is actually produced in practice.
Her work focuses on how leadership strategy, operational structures, and employee experience interact—and how misalignment across these domains drives strain, burnout, and inconsistent outcomes.
She works with organizations to make those patterns visible and translate them into system-level change.
Kenneth Hack is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and operations leader with experience in high-demand, mission-driven environments where execution, coordination, and performance under pressure are critical.
His background includes operational leadership, systems planning, and performance optimization across complex teams and environments.
At Hack Wellbeing, he focuses on translating strategy into execution—helping organizations align how work is led, structured, and experienced in practice.
